We will make reasonable efforts to update eligible orders before fulfillment begins. Changes and cancellations may no longer be possible once processing, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch is underway.

No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment begins.

For dispatched orders, return eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

📦 From Order Preparation to Your Door

Before your parcel leaves

Orders are generally prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, once any necessary order checks are complete.

During holidays, promotional events, or unusually busy periods, preparation may take up to 5 business days.

Preparation time covers the work before dispatch. Carrier transit begins separately after the parcel ships.

While your parcel is on the way 🚛

For supported destinations in the United States, estimated standard transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Your overall waiting period includes both preparation and transit. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier conditions, destination, weather, and customs processing where applicable may affect delivery.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities according to inventory availability and the delivery destination. A supported delivery destination does not, by itself, mean an order ships from a warehouse in that country. Our Shipping Policy must accurately describe the applicable fulfillment arrangements.

Tracking and delivery help 🛰️

After dispatch, we will provide a shipping confirmation with available tracking details. Carrier scans may take time to appear after a label is created.

If tracking stops progressing, delivery is substantially delayed, or a parcel appears lost, email service@vellpvp.com with your order number and tracking details.

We will review the shipment and assist with an appropriate resolution. A tracking status marked “Delivered” does not automatically close a reasonable missing-package concern.

🔄 When a Purchase Needs to Come Back

Return window and condition

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For a preference-based return, the item should generally be:

Unused and in its original condition.

Complete with its supplied parts and accessories.

Free from damage caused after delivery.

In its original packaging where required by the published policy.

Supported by an order number or other proof of purchase.

Any product-specific restrictions must be clearly disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

After reviewing and approving an eligible request, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send returns to our registered business address unless our support team expressly instructs you to do so.

For preference-based returns, customers pay return shipping unless the applicable policy states otherwise or the law requires a different arrangement.

Arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect? 🧰

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the item and packaging, where relevant.

Details of missing or incorrect components.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, or return solution for confirmed problems with the supplied order, without additional costs to you for resolving that problem.

This process does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.

For an approved return, eligible refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Any applicable deduction must be supported by the published Return & Refund Policy and permitted by applicable law.
